Try to imagine for a minute a fully redundant, resilient, self-healing network that is never not working when your employees are. There is no bleeding. That it is not a far stretch. One final point involves important procedural issues. Change management is critical to UGN. Whether it is to support new applications, to replace ageing equipment, or to install the inevitable updates in software, it has to be planned and executed properly. If that sounds time-consuming, consider that most of the changes on IT networks go poorly.
